Kid One Transport was founded in 1997 for the purpose of providing children and expectant mothers with access to health care services throughout the state of Alabama. We serve the tens of thousands of children and expectant mothers across our state who are considered transportation disadvantaged.
We’ve traveled many miles over the years, but there are many more left to travel. We hope our mission and vision inspire you to join our cause and support the great work of Kid One as we deliver hope and healing to children and families in need.

Rising gas prices have increased Kid One’s gas expenses enormously. The vehicles travel thousands of miles each week with a projected fuel budget for 2008 at over $100,000. This makes it even more difficult for Kid One to continue to meet existing needs while, at the same time, prohibit us from being able to reach the thousands of other children in need.

Thank you to everyone who came by and visited the Kid One booth at the Summer Splash conference! It was good to see familiar faces and meet new ones as well. Kid One would also like to thank all who participated in the silent auction either by donating items or by bidding! The grand total for the auction was over $2500!
